Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) aims to contribute to securing a safe society by reducing the incidence of
death, injury and damage to property from fire and other emergencies.
1. Local Financial Transparency
The Communities and Local Government Secretary has requested that all local authorities provide greater financial
transparency by publishing spending information over £500. Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service is dedicated to
being transparent and open and is publishing regular reports on all expenditure over £500.

PDF - Portable document files
The PDF format is the easiest format in which to read the data, but it does not allow the data to be analysed or
sorted. If you wish to do this, then you should use the CSV format, which allows you to put the data into a spreadsheet.
CSV - Comma separated values
Note that the CSV format uses a standard column width, so not all entries may be intially completely visible (e.g. to
adjust this, select all columns and use the format autofit column selection option in MS Excel). To save the file
to enable you to adjust it 'right-click' the link and select the option 'save target as'.
