Through work experience, studying, coaching, training and development (both practical and vocational) you will complete a course of study and obtain a professional qualification aiming to reach the role of Resourcing and Development Support competently and effectively within a pre-determined time frame. You will work in a large team in the HR and Learning and Development Department.
The key focus of the Resourcing and Development team:
The Resourcing and Development team deliver on-call (retained) and wholetime recruitment processes, operational promotion processes and administrate training and development courses and programmes. This includes planning, organising, monitoring and evaluating training and development delivery. The team also ensure the delivery of vocational development programmes; supporting learners, assessors and those undertaking internal quality assurance.
The successful applicant will have:
- An interest in developing skills and experience in recruitment, promotion and training and development
- Enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering work to a high standard whilst working in a busy environment
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages and ICT systems
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
