DESCRIPTION:Are you eager to serve your local community\, responding to emergencies and providing vital safety advice? \n\n\n\nAre you living or working within 6–8 minutes of your local on-call fire station? \n\n\n\nIf the answer is yes\, you should come to our Have a Go events\, where you get an opportunity to try out some of the physical and written entry tests that you would need to pass to become an on-call firefighter. DESCRIPTION:Maidenhead firefighters are hosting a charity car wash on Saturday\, 21 September. \n\n\n\nCome along to Maidenhead Fire Station between 10am – 4pm and get your car cleaned for a worthy cause. \n\n\n\nThe suggested minimum donation is £5 a car. Money raised will be donated to Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service in Maidenhead and The Fire Fighters Charity which provides a range of services for fire service personnel and their families\, including therapy and rehabilitation for injured firefighters.
