SUMMARY:On-call Firefighter 'Have a Go' Event (Mortimer)
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted to find out what it’s like to be an on-call firefighter? \n\n\n\nAre you living or working within 6–8 minutes of your local on-call fire station? \n\n\n\nIf the answer is yes\, you should come to our Have a Go events\, where you get an opportunity to try out some of the physical entry tests that you would need to pass to become an on-call firefighter. You will also have the chance to meet some of the local firefighters who are already in the role. \n\n\n\nPlease arrive for 10am on the day of the event\, so we can ensure that you are able to complete the tests. The event will be finished by 2pm\, although you are welcome to leave once you have completed your tests. \n\n\n\nStill not sure if it’s for you?
