We update our incident information regularly, but it’s not possible for us to share details of every incident we attend on our website. If you are unable to find a particular incident, or require additional information, please contact a member of the Communications and Engagement Team via Contact Us. We will publish information about incidents on our website that are:

• of interest to our communities and the media; and
• likely to cause disruption to residents.

We are not able to publish details for every incident that the Service attends.

We make every effort to update the website with information about an incident as soon as possible and will use Instagram and Facebook stories to keep people updated about ongoing incidents.

If you have been affected by an incident, and require further information or a report for insurance purposes, please visit the Incident Reports page on our website (a charge will apply if you require a report).
