At 7:35pm on Friday, 5 September, we received reports of an animal in need of rescue on Hearn Road in Woodley.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Wokingham Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew found one lizard stuck in a tree. The crew used a 135 ladder to rescue the lizard and safely place him in the care of his owner.
They were on scene for approximately 41 minutes.
