At 5:02pm on Monday, 5 January, we were called to assist an incident on King Street in Reading.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service from Caversham Road Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew found one person who had slipped on ice. They gave the person immediate emergency care, before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The crew were on scene for approximately two hours and 50 minutes.
