At 2pm on Wednesday, 14 May, we received reports of a fire in a field on Bere Court Road in Pangbourne.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside the 4×4 vehicle from Mortimer Fire Station and one Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found the field on fire. Firefighters used hose reels to put out the fire and make the scene safe.
They were on scene for approximately one hour and 49 minutes.
