Fire in Windsor

At 10:10am on Tuesday, 23 September, we received reports of a fire on Sawyers Close in Windsor.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead, Ascot and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside one Officer. Two crews from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service and one crew from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service were also sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a small fire on a hob. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used water from the property to extinguish the fire and make the scene safe, before giving fire safety advice to the occupants of the property.
