At 8:49pm on Wednesday, 24 September, we received reports of a fire on Forest Road in Ascot.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ascot and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a small fire on a mattress was out on arrival. Firefighters used a ventilation fan to clear the smoke from the property.
They were on scene for approximately 37 minutes.
