At 9:54pm on Monday, 28 April, we received a call from Thames Valley Police to reports of internal flooding at a commercial premises on High Street in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Langley and Slough fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found large volumes of water coming through the ceiling from an upstairs flat. Crews made the scene safe before handing the incident over to the owner awaiting the arrival of a plumber and Thames Water.
They were on scene for approximately 55 minutes.
