At 10:16pm on Saturday, 30 August, we received reports of a fire on Barnfield in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Maidenhead fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a small fire in the kitchen was out on arrival. Firefighters used a ventilation fan to clear the smoke from the property, before placing one person in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They were on scene for approximately 21 minutes.
