At 7:32pm on Tuesday, 27 January, we received reports of a fire on Florence Gardens in Thatcham.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station and one crew from Theale Community Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a kitchen fire that was out on arrival. Crews removed the electric cooker from the property and made the scene safe.
They were on scene for approximately 26 minutes.
