At 10:49am on Thursday, 23 October, we received reports of an incident on Peascod Street in Windsor.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Slough Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered a person trapped in a restroom and rescued them.
The crew was at the scene for eight minutes.
