At 11:36pm on Friday, 19 December, we received reports of a fire on Princes Street in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found smoke and a smell of burning from a plug socket. Firefighters made the scene safe, before giving advice to the resident.
They were on scene for approximately 55 minutes.
