At 8:24am on Monday, 29 September, we received a call from Thames Valley Police to reports of a road traffic collision on the Sutton Seeds Roundabout on the A3290 in Earley, Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road, Caversham Road and Whitley Wood fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside the Heavy Rescue Unit from Theale Community Fire Station and one Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving a bus, with one person trapped. Crews rescued the person from the vehicle before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service along with four other people. The scene was then handed over to Thames Valley Police.
Crews were on scene for approximately 45 minutes.
