At 9:15am on Monday, 9 March, we received reports of a road traffic collision on Loddon Bridge Road in Woodley, Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road, Whitley Wood and Caversham Road fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside one Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving a double decker bus colliding with a bridge. Crews gave four people immediate emergency care, before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service. Crews then made the vehicle safe, before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.
Crews were on scene for approximately 49 minutes.
