Road Traffic Collision on M4(E)

At 1:59pm on Thursday, 18 December, we received a call from Thames Valley Police to reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 eastbound between Junction 6 in Slough and Junction 5 in Langley.

Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough Fire Station and one crew from Windsor Fire Station were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving one car and one lorry, with one person trapped. Crews rescued the person from the vehicle before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

They were on scene for approximately 30 minutes.
