At 6:36pm on Friday, 15 August, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the westbound carriageway of the M4 between Junctions 13 and 14.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a collision involving one car and a motorcyclist. Firefighters made the scene safe before handing over to Thames Valley Police and National Highways.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 10 minutes.
