At 4:21pm on Friday, 14 November, we received a call from South Central Ambulance Service to reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 Westbound between Junction 10 in Winnersh and Junction 11 in Three Mile Cross.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road, Caversham Road and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving three cars, with one person trapped. Crews rescued the person from the car, before placing them and one other person in the care of South Central Ambulance Service. The scene was handed over to National Highways and Thames Valley Police.
They were on scene for approximately 25 minutes.
