At 9:18am on Monday, 16 February, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 westbound between Junction 12 in Theale and Junction 13 in Chieveley.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Theale, Whitley Wood and Caversham Road fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving two vans and one car. Crews made the scene safe, before handing the scene over to National Highways for vehicle recovery and lane closures.
Crews were on scene for approximately 11 minutes.
