Our #OneTeamForBerkshire campaign highlights the diversity of both people and roles within the Service, all working to serve the people of Royal Berkshire. Appointing the right people is essential in helping us to achieve our goals for the future.

Whilst we are seeking people who are new to role for the apprentice positions, applications for a Wholetime Firefighter role from RBFRS on-call staff in development will be considered, alongside a review of how ongoing training and development requirements may be met through an alternative route if an apprenticeship is not applicable.
