Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service is delighted to offer face-to-face Fire Safety Sessions for KS2 Year 5 pupils at all Primary, Junior, Prep, and Middle schools across Berkshire. These visits are part of our Annual Schools Programme and delivered by your local fire crew.

How to Book

Please complete the 2025-2026 Annual Schools Programme Booking Form on our website or simply scan the QR code to access it.

Once submitted, your local fire station will contact you to arrange the visit. Please note, due to firefighter shift patterns, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

We are grateful for your continued support in helping us keep young people and their families safe from fire.

Requests for Other Age Groups or School Events

If your request involves a different age group or includes attendance at a school event, please fill out our Community Engagement Form to ensure it’s properly considered.
