Management Committee

Purpose:
The Chair may, at his discretion, invite the Representative Bodies present to
address the Management Committee once on any Part I item, on the
prerequisite that the Representative Bodies advise the Chair at the
commencement of the meeting of those Agenda items they wish to speak to.

Purpose:
To receive declarations of interest from Councillors relating to items to be
considered at the meeting, in accordance with the provisions of the Fire
Authority’s Local Code of Conduct, and any from Officers.

Recommendation:
That the Minutes of the meeting and any recoded actions held on 10th
December 2025 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Recommendation:
To receive announcements from the Chair and / or Chief Fire Officer.

Recommendation:
That it be noted that no reports have been referred by the Audit and
Governance Committee. Consideration of any matters properly referred to this
Committee for decision.

Purpose:
To note and to recommend to Fire Authority for approval the Annual Budget
2025/26, Medium Term Financial Plan, SAIF and TVFCS Budget.

Purpose:
To agree the Water Rescue Support Vehicle Procurement.

Purpose:
To note the Scheme of Member Allowances Annual Review and recommend
to the Fire Authority

Purpose:
To inform Members of revenue and capital outturns against budget up to the
end of Quarter 3.

Purpose:
To note the CRMP Priority Programmes update.

Purpose:
To note the Appliance Availability for Quarter Three.

Purpose:
To agree the TVFCS Agreement Replacement Project.

Recommendation:
That the Forward Plan be noted.
