At 1:18pm on Thursday, 3 July, we received reports of an animal in need of rescue on Brunel Road in Maidenhead.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Maidenhead Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew found one deer stuck in metal railing. The crew used spreaders and a chimney sheet to safely release the deer from the fence, before placing it in the care of the RSPCA.
They were on scene for approximately 14 minutes.
