At 3:39am on Monday, 11 May, we received reports of a fire on Amerden Lane in Taplow, Maidenhead.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Maidenhead and Slough fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside one crew from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Upon arrival, crews found two caravans on fire. Firefighters used two main jets and two hose reels to put out the fire, before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.

Crews were on scene for approximately two hours.
