At 6:52pm on Sunday, 19 April, we received reports of a fire on Chavey Down Road in Winkfield Row.

A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Ascot Fire Station was sent to the scene.

On arrival, the crew discovered a small chimney fire. Firefighters used one hose reel and one jet to extinguish the fire.

The crew was at the scene for approximately 50 minutes.
