At 8:48pm on Friday, 27 January, we received reports of a fire at a commercial premise in Stanford Dingley.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station and one crew from Theale Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a fire in the fuse board of the property. Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a C02 extinguisher to extinguish the fire, and isolated the electricity to the property. A large fan was used to clear the remaining smoke.
Crews were on scene for approximately one hour and 19 minutes.
