At 10:30am on Sunday, 5 April, we received reports of a dangerous structure on Robert Parker Road in Reading.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Caversham Road Fire Station was sent to the scene alongside the Service’s Aerial Ladder Platform.
Upon arrival, crews found metal flashing that had come loose on the roof of a four storey building. Firefighter used the Aeiral Ladder Platform and cutting gear to safely remove the flashing.
Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour and 25 minutes.
