At 6:47pm on Tuesday, 2 January, we received reports of a dangerous structure on Coppermill Road near Colnbrook.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found that a veranda roof had been damaged by wind. Firefighters removed the damaged roof, cleared loose debris and secured an unstable chimney.
The crew was at the scene for approximately 20 minutes.
