At 8:27pm on Sunday, 25 December, we received reports of a fire at a domestic property on Dunt Avenue, Hurst, Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham, Wokingham Road, and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found the property’s garage well alight.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a hose reel and were on the scene for approximately one hour and 6 minutes.
