At 12:25pm on Wednesday 24 August, we received reports of a field fire near Ryehurst Lane in Binfield.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham, Ascot and Bracknell Fire Stations were sent to the scene alongside an Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found a large grass fire. Using six hose reels and two light portable pumps, firefighters were able to extinguish the fire.
Crews were on the scene for approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
