At 11.22am we received reports of a fire at a commercial premise at the Broad Street Mall, Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Theale, Caversham Road and Whitley Wood were sent to the scene, alongside an Officer.
Upon arrival firefighters found a fire in an extraction unit, which they extinguished using two hose reels. There are no injuries reported. Crews were initially on scene for around one hour and 30 minutes, but one crew remains on scene at this time.
