At 3.30pm on Thursday, 26 June, we received reports of a fire in a flat in Aspects Court, Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ascot, Bracknell, Slough, Langley, Maidenhead and Windsor attended the scene, alongside the Incident Command Unit from Maidenhead Fire Station, the Aerial Ladder Platform from Whitley Wood Fire Station, Six Officers, and crews from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.
Upon arrival, crews found a fire in the bedroom of a seventh floor flat.
Six firefighters using breathing apparatus used hose reels to extinguish the fire. No casualties were reported.
Crews were on the scene for 5 hours and 25 minutes.
