At 9:48am on Wednesday, 28 May, we received reports of a fire in the open on Nine Mile Ride in Finchampstead.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Wokingham Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a small fire in the woodland. Firefighters used one hose reel to put out the fire and make the scene safe.
They were on scene for approximately 31 minutes.
