At 8:38pm on Sunday, 19 July, we received reports of a fire in the open on Jacksons Lane in Caversham, Reading.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Caversham Road Fire Station and the 4×4 offroad vehicle from Mortimer Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a fire in the open. Firefighters used three hose reels to put out the fire and make the scene safe.
They were on scene for approximately 35 minutes.
