At 4:26pm on Wednesday, 4 October, we received reports of a fire on Windsor Road in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough, Langley, Maidenhead and Windsor were sent to the scene.
Crews discovered that there had been a small oven fire but it was out on arrival. Firefighters ventilated smoke from the property and one person was taken into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were on the scene for approximately 34 minutes.
