At 9:24am on Tuesday, 9 January we received reports of a fire on Stoke Road in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ascot, Bracknell, Slough, Langley, Maidenhead and Windsor fire stations were sent to the scene alongside two Officers.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a small fire on the ground floor of a high-rise building. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire before venting smoke from the property.
Firefighters were at the scene for approximately one hour and 13 minutes.
