At 1:08pm on Saturday, 9 December, we received reports of a fire on William Heelas Way in Wokingham.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road, Wokingham, Ascot and Theale were sent to the scene alongside two officers.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire on the first floor of a three storey building. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire. One person was placed in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene for approximately two hours and 10 minutes before handing over to Thames Valley Police.
