At 5:52pm on Saturday, 10 October, we received reports of a fire on Ennerdale Crescent in Slough.

Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough Fire Station were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a fire in a garden that had spread to an outbuilding, fencing and garden furniture. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus removed and cooled one barbecue cylinder, and used one hose reel to put out the fire, before using a thermal imaging camera to monitor the temperature.

They were on scene for approximately 24 minutes.
