At 6:42pm on Sunday, 6 September, we received reports of a carbon monoxide alarm sounding on Furnival Avenue in Slough.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Slough Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew found a carbon monoxide leak in a first-floor property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus advised the occupants to leave the property and monitored the carbon monoxide levels, before using a fan to ventilate the area and giving safety advice to the occupants.
Crews were on scene for approximately one hour and 16 minutes.
