At 09:08am on Sunday, 7 June, we received reports of a fire at an industrial premises on Clivemont Road in Maidenhead.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Maidenhead, Windsor and Slough fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside two Officers.

Upon arrival, crews found smoke coming from a power supply room. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a gas monitor and a thermal imaging camera to monitor the temperature of the batteries and ensure that the scene was safe.

They were on scene for approximately two hours and 34 minutes.
