At 4:35am on Saturday, 12 September, we received reports of a fire on Baylis Road in Slough.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough Fire Station and one crew from Langley Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a kitchen fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel and two carbon dioxide extinguishers to put out the fire, before using a fan to ventilate the smoke from the area.
Crews were on scene for approximately 39 minutes.
