At 1:16pm on Sunday, 6 September, we received reports of a fire on Windmill Road in Slough.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a small kitchen fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to put out the fire and make the scene safe.

They were on scene for approximately 15 minutes.
