At 7:19pm on Thursday, 20 August, we received reports of a fire on St. Leonards Road in Windsor.

Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough Fire Station and one crew from Langley Fire Station were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a kitchen fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to put out the fire, before using a fan to ventilate the smoke from the property.

They were on scene for approximately 55 minutes.
