At 11:39am on Sunday, 18 October, we received reports of an incident on Hazels Paddock in Cold Ash.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews were sent to the scene.
On arrival, crews found one person who had fallen in their home. Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to the person before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene for approximately three hours.
