At 2:19pm on Friday, 20 December, we received a report of an incident on Common Road in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered and rescued a person and two animals that were trapped in a lift.
Crews were at the scene for around 36 minutes.
