At 5:45pm on Saturday, 23 December, we received reports of an incident on Ashville Way in Wokingham.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found and rescued two people who were trapped in a lift on the ground floor.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 13 minutes.
