Rescue from Height, Slough

At 3.06pm on Thursday, 18 April, we received a call from South Central Ambulance Service to a report of a person who needed to be rescued from scaffolding in Stanley Cottages, Slough.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough, Langley and Bracknell Fire Stations were sent to the scene, alongside a crew from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Crews discovered one person who was stuck at the top of scaffolding and used an aerial ladder platform to rescue him and he was then placed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

Crews were at the scene for just over an hour.
