At 5:45pm on Wednesday, 29 July, we received reports of an incident at Arborfield Cross Recreation Ground in Arborfield.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Wokingham Fire Station was sent to the scene.
On arrival, the crew found a person stuck up a tree. Firefighters used a ladder to safely rescue the person.
The crew was at the scene for approximately 15 minutes.
